He's back: Tim Eyman has qualified yet another initiative, I-1033, and this one is a proven failure.

The citizens of Colorado passed a similar "TABOR" initiative in 1992 with disastrous consequences. The initiative caused such deep cuts in education, healthcare, and roads and highways that voters suspended the law in 2005.

Now Eyman wants to bring that record of failure to Washington. I-1033 would mean more hard times for Washington families and more delays before the economy recovers.

I just signed the NO on 1033 petition, joining Washington’s teachers, nurses, firefighters, seniors, businesses, churches and many others who oppose I-1033. Now I hope you'll stand with us:
